CNBC dropped by our workshop for their “Suddenly Obsessed” feature on Kombucha, its expanding industry, and the health claims that surround it. In it you’ll see some beautiful shots of our production method using glass bowls as well as a little blurb from Mombucha Founder, Rich Awn.
Oh, the Village Voice. Yet another example of an evaporating New York. Alas, our story was told by Jaqueline Raposo very early on when our facility was just a few years old in 2016. It’s fun to see how much we’ve grown!
Thanks to the good people at Consumer Eyes, this video has been watched a bunch of times and generated some discussion around our brewing methods. Lots has changed since then (mainly the length of my mane).
